10 - Do your PC's come with operating systems?
Yes and no. Each product will give you the option. We understand that our customers want to be able to install their own operating system which is why we give customers the option to add an operating system to the computer should they wish rather than just adding it anyway. We supply Microsoft Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 as a pre-installed operating system or you can choose to purchase your own OEM DVD by visiting our "software" page.

11 - What's this "burn in process" you talk about?
The burn in process is where we test and stress components to their limit for a sustained amount of time. 48 hours to be exact. It allows us to make sure that every computer that leaves our workshop is fit for its purpose and free of any faults or defects. This is an integral part of our build process and one of the many reasons why we achieve such a low return rate.

12 - What after sales support and warranty do your computers come with?
All our products come with a 1 year return to base warranty as standard. We also provide free email and telephone support on Hardware issues. If you have a problem with one of our products please contact us.

13 - Do you have a walk in shop?
Currently Procore Computers only operates as an online internet business. It allows us to minimise our overheads and as a result be able to supply you with lower priced products.

14 - 32 or 64 Bit Operating system?
The easiest way to explain this is to keep it simple, the maximum amount of memory or RAM a 32 Bit operating system will recognise is 3GB. Therefore if you are choosing a computer with 3GB of RAM or above we will always (where possible) install a 64 Bit operating system in order for you to get the full potential out of your computer. If you are using older software please check it is 64 Bit compatible, if you are in doubt then please call us on 08454 635634 or drop us an email and we will gladly answer any questions.
